Even after 25 years of teaching fitness classes I still find it challenging to describe my method. From Pilates to yoga and everything in between, I often hear that my classes are unique. Inevitably I’m asked, “what kind of class was that?” I am not fancy, I actually prefer basic routines and err on the side of caution. Given my simplicity, this question has prompted serious reflection. Frankly, it confused me. After much thought, I realized … it’s not about the exercises I teach, it’s about how I teach them.

I am obsessed with the art of cueing. Movement is my passion. My classes inspire aha moments, spark curiosity and a desire to dig in to the practice. More specifically, I show you how to apply what you learn on the mat into your daily life. With an emphasis on enhancing core strength, postural alignment and breath regulation, each class awakens a new body awareness and meditation skill. Not only do you get an amazing workout, you discover the essence of yoga through your movement and, ultimately, within yourself.

Basic Yoga Flow: A high vibration sequence of basic yoga poses linked together in a seamless flow. Great for improving flexibility, core strength and calming the mind. Each class highlights a specific mind-body technique.

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays – 10:15- 11:15 am

If you can’t make it live, no worries, all classes are recorded and saved. In addition, I have several classes available on YouTube.
