Courtney is a teacher of teachers, and has worked extensively as a yoga, meditation and Pilates teacher, energy healer, trigger point massage therapist and Thai yoga bodyworker. Her knowledge draws from over 25 years of personal practice and collective exploration. In 2009, she founded ANYA, a boutique yoga, Pilates and aerial yoga studio in New York City where she trained and mentored hundreds of aspiring yoga, pilates and meditation teachers.

Most recently, Courtney co-created the 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training program at the Swedish Institute, a health science college in NYC. She continues to refine the ANYA method with her collaborative partner, Victoria Yoffie. Together they’re currently partnering with Stroma Physical Therapy to develop yoga rehab protocols to expedite recovery for 50 of the most common conditions treated in physical therapy.

It is her calling and commitment to help others fall in love with yoga and meditation. She believes her simple and practical exercises and techniques will nourish the mind, body and soul and awaken beauty, strength and insight.

Courtney is also the proud mama of Jacob, her 5 year old son, an avid writer and obsesses over yoga choreography, playlists and all things mystical.
